Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with assigned project teams
  • Creation of many and varied creative options for application to project strategy
  • Strict adherence to multiple and concurrent project timelines
  • Communication with media vendors, such as photographers, videographers, talent agencies, printers, etc.
  • Presenting creative concepts to internal project teams and clients when appropriate
  • Ability to perform in the face of adversity; to be a problem solver
  • Working with enthusiasm until the job is done

Leapfrog Interactive of Louisville, KY is looking for a Senior Interactive Designer. The successful Senior Interactive Designer is a goal-oriented professional who sets high standards and possesses the motivation to reach every goal.

Requirements:

  • First and foremost, an unwavering and contagious positive attitude
  • Four year degree (if no degree, then a portfolio worthy of Communication Arts)
  • 6 to 10 years experience
  • Intimacy with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Unstoppable creative mind
  • Insatiable desire to learn and grow
  • Strong understanding of front end web technologies a must
  • Expert knowledge of UX design considerations
  • Strong Flash skills required
  • Actionscript 3 programming skills highly desired
  • Hand drawing and sketching skills highly desired for building concepts
  • Portfolio must include traditional media samples of work
  • Experience working with a copywriter to generate star-studded ideation
  • Exposure to national brands, both B2B and B2C, highly desired
  • Ability to articulate and sell the creative idea(s) a must
  • Strong understanding of a creative process defined by multiplicity and iteration – if you cannot decipher that, it means concepts. Lots of them.
