LeapFrog Interactive Gives Refreshing Edge to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Website
Alex’s Lemonade Stand has chosen LeapFrog Interactive to be its interactive agency of record. LeapFrog Interactive will be responsible for the execution of all web marketing for the Philadelphia-based organization. A website, first on the list of projects, will be completed in early July. LeapFrog Interactive’s marketing initiatives will help Alex’s Lemonade Stand achieve its goal of reaching $5 million for pediatric cancer research in 2005.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand began in July of 2000 when four-year-old, Alex Scott, who had been diagnosed with cancer shortly after her first birthday, opened her first lemonade stand in order to raise money for childhood cancer research. In August of 2004, Alex passed away. But, Alex’s Lemonade Stand remains active and resolute to see little Alex’s vision through. The organization continues to raise funds and encourage and educate others to raise money for childhood cancer by holding their own lemonade stands. Several businesses have taken notice of the organization.
