As Director of Client Services, Lori draws on her previous experience in the demanding and deadline-driven world of print. Her work at Progeny Marketing Innovations includes design and publishing of national newsletters such as the Tennessee CPA Journal, the Appalachian Business Journal, Nashville Business Journal, and the Memphis Business Journal, as well as campaign management for multiple clients in the financial services industry. Lori now applies the principles of process-driven, accountable project management and customer-focused, clear communication to Client Services at LeapFrog Interactive.

Client Services – The Client Services team serves as the coordination hub for both LeapFrog Interactive and our clients. This team maintains the client's overall service experience, making sure that the final product achieves the goals and quality standards set by the client. Client Services ensures effective communication of critical information and is responsible for scheduling, traffic, project management and quality assurance on all projects.
