Scott has taken the information technology experience, leadership ability and communications skills he honed in the U.S. military and as a civilian contractor, and applied it to driving innovation and finding new opportunities for his clients.

Scott brings to the agency an understanding of the importance of establishing clear and comprehensive mission objectives, and a commitment to following through on promises.

His experience as liaison between the medical command, Congress, and military members allowed Scott to develop his ability to see all sides of a complex problem and find the best solution to fit all requirements. His tour of duty in Kuwait as part of Operation Enduring Freedom has similarly equipped him to work well in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment.

As the Vice President Business Development, Scott has worked to build a team where each member is actively developing a high level of expertise in his or her designated role, but can also be flexible enough to lend a hand to other team members and departments as needed.

Under Scott's leadership, the Business Development team strives to stay at the forefront of new developments in interactive marketing and to provide accurate and comprehensive data and reporting information to both clients and other departments.

Friendly and always professional, Scott always remembers that when current clients get great results, recruiting new clients is that much easier.

Business Development – The Business Development team works with new and prospective clients on determining scope and strategy for their interactive marketing initiatives, helping them to determine what avenues and opportunities best fit their goals and budget. The team is actively involved in researching trends and developments in interactive marketing, staying on top of new opportunities, and creating and presenting accurate, comprehensive proposals for clients.
