
The world-renowned spa brand needed an upgrade for their worldwide dealer community site. LeapFrog created a brand and user experience Jacuzzi dealers can relax and enjoy.
International premium spa brand Jacuzzi® has a thriving dealer community worldwide that depends on their dealer community website to obtain the most up-to-date marketing collateral, keep them updated on product changes and new promotions, and provide convenient online ordering for accessories and related branded products.
So when Jacuzzi started an overall brand refresh to celebrate their 50th Anniversary, they contacted LeapFrog Interactive to redesign and update the functionality of their dealer community sites. The goal was to create as coherent a brand and user experience for Jacuzzi’s dealers as they create for the consumer.
A consistent layout and design was applied across all three areas of the online dealer community, greatly improving usability. The functionality of the knowledge database system was completely overhauled to make updating the marketing collateral files fast and simple. The final result was a support network for their dealers Jacuzzi could feel great about as they start their next 50 years of business.
