Columbia College Hires LeapFrog Interactive To Promote Third Screen Film Festival
Posted on June 07, 2006
Columbia College Chicago needed some small screen expertise to promote their small screen film festival. They called on LeapFrog Interactive for help.
Columbia College Chicago has hired LeapFrog Interactive to design
rich media banners and purchase media ad space for a campaign to
promote the Third Screen Film Festival online. The banners will
run on several of the top film websites including RottenTomatoes.com,
indieWire.com and FilmThreat.com. The festival website can be viewed at
www.thirdscreenfilmfestival.com.
This is the first film festival of its kind, featuring short films to be viewed on mobile devices.
LeapFrog President Daniel Knapp is thrilled to be involved in this
venture. "Cultivating creativity is extremely fulfilling, and we are
excited to be a part of this festival," said Knapp. "Taking on cutting
edge technology is something we know a lot about. It is a perfect fit
for us!"
The rich-media promotion is advertising not only the call for
entries, but the opportunity to vote for your favorite film. Voting
will be available through the website or your compatible mobile device.
The films can be viewed on Nano on MobiTV.
