Carl is equally comfortable balancing data flows between LeapFrog Interactive's data centers as he is presenting a new recommendation to a client. His efforts have built a stable, sustainable, and scalable infrastructure and a controlled and process-focused development environment that serves clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to niche-oriented small businesses.

His responsibilities stretch from our own development platforms, to versioning control and standards, to procedures for application products we provide to our clients. His military background brings a process-rich approach that works to find the glitches long before they reach the client.

Carl is the president, staff, and cheerleader for his very own Optimist Club chapter. With his positive attitude, Carl has built a team that makes even the testiest of technical challenges fun to solve.

Carl is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Research Panel member, and member of both the League of Professional System Administrators (LOPSA) and Network and Systems Professionals Association (NaSPA). He also holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. His hard work and professional dedication have driven his success, so much so that Carl was also honored with a nomination for Systems Administrator of the Year in 2006.
