Ran Mullins is a driving force behind LeapFrog Interactive's brand development process. He knows how to turn a brand's target audience into a devoted community of brand advocates.

Ran is a proponent and practitioner of a philosophy of marketing that shifts the idea of branding from how an organization wants to present itself to how the organization's consumers actually view the brand. The branding speaks to (not at) the audience, building a sense of inclusiveness that molds a random group of consumers and shapes them into a group of people with shared enthusiasm for the brand.

Ran employed his philosophy to great success as the founder and CEO of his own agency, providing branding and website strategy integration for a range of organizations, corporate and community alike. Ran has applied his visionary approach to branding, design, and marketing strategies for clients including Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Fifth Third Bank, and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
