Ron began his career as an engineer with GE Appliances. During his six-year tenure, Ron was promoted to Lead Engineer and launched two major appliance product lines. His development of thermal simulation software was instrumental in accelerating General Electric's development of more energy-efficient refrigerators.

In 1996, Ron founded IPOP.com. His mission was to make e-commerce accessible to "non-Fortune 500" companies at a time when few viable options existed.

In 2002, with the onslaught of spam email, Ron led IPOP.com in the development of a spam and virus filter. The Email Sifter, a subscription-based service, quickly attracted a global presence. It proved so successful that Ron subsequently sold it to MX Logic, having grown the client base to more than 500 businesses with 40,000 email accounts within two years.

In April of 2009, Ron joined the LeapFrog Interactive team to bring a much wider and deeper suite of solutions and expertise to his IPOP.com clientele. In his new position, Ron focuses on bringing his technical and analytical expertise, together with 13 years of e-commerce experience, to bear on our client's interactive marketing programs.

By leading and continuing to refine the analytical and research capabilities of LeapFrog Interactive, Ron is able to deliver the knowledge and insight required to maximize the performance of our client's interactive efforts.
